So, I would like to share with you my experiences with Apple cider vinegar
I had heard about all the good qualities of apple cider vinegar and really never put them to use. One night while on vacation, I woke up with a terrible upset stomach. I had nothing to take for it. I was experiencing chills. I was feeling really sick. I remembered reading about apple cider vinegar and how it can work for an upset stomach. So, I mixed one tablespoon of ACV in a 8 oz. of water. The water was cold, so I warmed it a little. I read that the water should be room temperature. I drank the mixture and 15 second later it all came up. I was back to normal and had a good nights rest. I have taken it since when I felt a upset stomach coming on. However, the results didn't include throwing up. The pain just went away. I have used it on bug bites and minor burns. IT REALLY WORKS !!!
So, I can tell you my own results and how much I used. Just ask.
By the way, if you ever suffered from a upset stomach, over the counter medicine usually works fine. If it's really bad, see a doctor. Apple cider vinegar is a very good anti oxidant. It works for me and thousands, maybe millions of people around the world. The best part is, it's great on your pocket book.
